Affiliate Partner Policy
This Policy governs your participation in the MoreAmor Affiliate Programme. Read it in full before submitting your application.
This Affiliate Partner Policy ("Policy") governs the relationship between MIREVIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16757956, operating the MoreAmor platform ("MoreAmor", "we", "our", "us"), and individuals or entities ("Partner", "Affiliate", "you") who are accepted into the MoreAmor Affiliate Programme (the "Programme").
By applying to, or participating in, the Programme you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree, do not apply to or participate in the Programme.
MoreAmor reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to terminate any partnership at its sole discretion. Acceptance into the Programme does not guarantee any specific level of commission or income.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have an active, publicly accessible social media presence or digital channel with a clearly defined audience relevant to fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Businesses, agencies, and creator networks may apply; each must nominate a named contact who accepts personal responsibility for compliance with this Policy.
- MoreAmor reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation without giving reasons.
2. Commission Structure
Commission basis
Commissions are calculated exclusively on the net monthly subscription fee paid by referred subscribers to MoreAmor. Order processing revenue, product margins, content package fees, and any other revenue streams are explicitly excluded from commission calculations. Commissions are paid in EUR.
Standard rates
- Long-term Partnership (Option A): 20% of the monthly subscription fee for the first 6 months; 15% from month 7 onwards, for the duration of the partnership.
- Launch Campaign (Option B): Up to 35% of the monthly subscription fee for the first 6 months. The exact rate is confirmed in writing at onboarding and applies only to Partners for whom MoreAmor has expressly approved this structure.
- Commissions accrue only while the referred subscriber's account remains active and in good standing. Paused, suspended, or cancelled subscriptions do not generate commission.
Performance bonuses
Performance bonuses, if any, are awarded entirely at MoreAmor's sole discretion, confirmed in writing, and are not part of the standard commission entitlement. A bonus offered in one period creates no expectation of repetition.
Rate changes
MoreAmor may adjust commission rates by giving 30 days' written notice. Rates at the time of adjustment apply to referrals made from the effective date of the change. Previously accrued qualifying commissions are unaffected.
3. Qualifying Referrals
- A referral is 'qualifying' when: (a) the referred subscriber signs up via your unique referral link or code; (b) completes successful payment of their first full billing month; and (c) remains an active subscriber for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
- Attribution is based on the first valid click of your referral link within a 30-day attribution window. If a prospect clicks multiple affiliate links, attribution goes to the first qualifying click.
- Each referred subscriber may only be attributed to one Partner at any given time.
- Referrals originating from the same IP address, device, or household as the Partner are disqualified.
- MoreAmor's tracking and attribution records are conclusive in any dispute.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:
- Self-referral: referring yourself, members of your household, or any entity you own, control, or have a financial interest in.
- Incentivised sign-ups: offering cash, gifts, or discounts to induce sign-ups without MoreAmor's prior written approval.
- Fake or purchased audiences: using bots, click farms, or any artificial means to inflate traffic or referral numbers.
- Misleading claims: making any statement about MoreAmor's products, pricing, delivery times, production capabilities, or business that is not expressly confirmed in writing by MoreAmor.
- Brand bidding: bidding on MoreAmor's brand name, domain, or trademarks in paid search advertising.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam): distributing your referral link via unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging campaigns.
- Coupon and cashback sites: participating through cashback, voucher code, or loyalty sites without prior written approval.
- Cookie stuffing or tag injections: any technical manipulation of attribution tracking.
- Paid advertising: running paid social or search campaigns promoting MoreAmor without prior written approval from MoreAmor.
5. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliate marketing disclosure is a legal requirement in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance.
- You must clearly and prominently disclose your affiliate relationship with MoreAmor in every piece of content — post, story, video, email, or otherwise — in which you promote MoreAmor or include your referral link.
- Disclosures must comply with applicable regulations including the US FTC Endorsement Guides, the UK CAP Code, and EU consumer protection and unfair commercial practices directives.
- Acceptable disclosure language includes '#ad', '#sponsored', '#partner', 'paid partnership', or equivalent in the local language. Disclosures must appear before the main content — not buried in small print or at the end of a long post.
- MoreAmor is not liable for any regulatory action, fine, or reputational consequence arising from your failure to disclose. You indemnify MoreAmor against any claim arising from your non-disclosure.
6. Content Guidelines
- You may only make promotional claims about MoreAmor that are expressly supported by official MoreAmor materials provided to you in writing.
- You must not make production claims (e.g. 'made in [country]', 'handmade by [entity]') unless MoreAmor has provided this information in writing for the specific product being promoted.
- You must not make delivery time guarantees unless expressly stated in current MoreAmor published materials.
- You must not compare MoreAmor to named competitors or make disparaging statements about third parties.
- MoreAmor may request removal of any content it deems inaccurate, misleading, or damaging to its brand. You must comply within 24 hours of such a request.
- MoreAmor retains no ownership of your original creative content, but you grant MoreAmor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, repost, or feature your content where it promotes MoreAmor, for the duration of the partnership.
7. Commission Payment
- Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, within 5 business days of the end of each calendar month.
- Payment is made by bank transfer in EUR only. No other payment method is available.
- A minimum payout threshold of €50 applies. Balances below €50 roll over to the following month.
- You must provide accurate and complete banking details. MoreAmor bears no liability for payments made to incorrect or outdated account details provided by you.
- You are solely responsible for all taxes, social security contributions, VAT, and other levies applicable to your commission income in your jurisdiction. MoreAmor will not gross up payments for tax purposes.
- Commission statements are provided monthly via email. Disputes must be raised in writing within 60 days of the statement date; disputes raised after this period are forfeited.
8. Clawback and Commission Reversal
- If a referred subscriber's payment is reversed, charged back, or refunded within 60 days of the original transaction, the corresponding commission will be reversed or deducted from your next payment.
- Commissions attributed to self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, or policy violations will be reversed in full, regardless of when they were paid.
- MoreAmor reserves the right to withhold a payment cycle's commissions pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy breach. If the investigation clears you, withheld commissions are released in the next payment cycle.
- In cases of significant fraud or wilful misconduct, MoreAmor reserves the right to pursue recovery of commissions already paid through legal proceedings.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice to the other party.
- MoreAmor may terminate immediately and without notice in cases of: material breach of this Policy; fraud or dishonesty; misleading or false claims about MoreAmor; conduct that MoreAmor reasonably considers damaging to its reputation; or inactivity (no qualifying referrals) for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Upon termination: (a) your referral link and code are deactivated immediately; (b) commissions already accrued on qualifying referrals active at the time of termination will be paid in the next regular payment cycle; (c) no further commissions accrue after the termination date, even if referred subscribers continue their subscriptions.
- MoreAmor is not obligated to compensate you for lost future commission income upon termination.
10. Confidentiality
Through your participation in the Programme you may become aware of non-public information about MoreAmor's business, operations, suppliers, pricing, or strategy. You agree:
- To keep all such information strictly confidential.
- Not to disclose it to any third party without MoreAmor's prior written consent.
- Not to use it for any purpose other than your participation in the Programme.
- This obligation survives termination of the partnership for a period of 2 years.
11. Limitation of Liability
- MoreAmor's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Policy shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
- MoreAmor is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of earnings, or loss of business opportunity arising from your participation in or exclusion from the Programme.
- MoreAmor does not guarantee any minimum volume of referrals, subscriber retention rates, or commission income. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
12. Changes to This Policy
- MoreAmor may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
- Continued participation in the Programme after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
- If you do not accept the changes, you must notify MoreAmor in writing before the effective date and cease participation.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
This Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales, sitting in London.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
