Shipping & Customs Policy

How MoreAmor-fulfilled orders are shipped — and what to know about international delivery, import duties, and customs.

This policy explains how orders fulfilled by MoreAmor are processed, shipped, and delivered, and what you need to know about international delivery, import duties, and customs. It applies to every order that MoreAmor sources, packs, and ships.

If you are a MoreAmor seller: you are responsible for making the relevant parts of this policy — in particular the section on import duties and customs — clear to your own customers before they buy. You are welcome to adapt this wording for your own channel.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is submitted and payment has cleared.
  • Processing covers sourcing the product, quality-checking it, and applying white-label packaging.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Where We Ship

  • MoreAmor ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched from MoreAmor’s international fulfilment operations and delivered by established postal and courier services.
  • Some destinations may be unavailable from time to time because of carrier or customs restrictions.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are provided as a guide only — they are not guaranteed.
  • Estimates do not include the time a shipment may spend in customs, which is outside our control.
  • Delivery estimates run from the date an order is dispatched, not the date it is submitted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before an order is finalised.
  • Shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges — see the next section.

5. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

Orders ship internationally, which means a shipment may cross a customs border before it reaches the recipient.

  • Depending on the destination country, an order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or other taxes and handling fees set by that country’s authorities.
  • These charges are set and collected by the destination country, not by MoreAmor. They are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost.
  • The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs charges that apply.
  • Customs rules, thresholds, and rates vary widely between countries and can change. If you want to know what may apply before ordering, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
  • MoreAmor cannot calculate, predict, or reimburse these charges.

6. Customs Delays & Inspections

  • International shipments can be held, inspected, or delayed by customs authorities. This is a normal part of international shipping and is outside our control.
  • MoreAmor is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and delivery estimates do not cover this time.

7. Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges

  • If a recipient declines to pay the customs charges that apply to their order, the shipment may be returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or the customs authority.
  • Where that happens, MoreAmor is not able to offer a refund, and any return or disposal costs may be passed on.
  • To avoid this, please make sure the recipient understands that import charges may apply before an order is placed.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Where the shipping service supports it, a tracking number is provided once an order is dispatched.
  • Tracking information is updated by the carrier and may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

9. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. A shipment cannot be rerouted once it has been dispatched.
  • If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available to receive or collect it, a re-delivery may incur an additional cost.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged, or a carrier confirms it as lost in transit, please report it promptly with the order reference and, for damage, clear photographs.
  • MoreAmor sellers should follow the process set out in the Drop Seller Agreement. If you bought a product from a MoreAmor seller, please contact that seller about your order.
