MoreAmor is a hand-picked premium catalog: you will not find it on open supplier lists, it is checked to one quality standard, and it ships under your name in discreet packaging. Every piece carries a minimum resale price set in the panel, so your margin is protected from the start. Unlike cheap dropshipping, what you are selling here is your brand, not a product.

I'm a complete beginner. Can I still do this?

Yes. We handle stock, production, shipping and packaging; your job is selling and content. With ready product images, you can start from day one. Experience helps but isn't required. The model removes most of the capital and operational risk.

The size range varies by product. Each piece lists its own sizing in the catalog product detail. Once subscribed, you see exactly which sizes are available for every product in the panel.

How often is the catalog updated?

We keep the catalog as current as possible. New products and content are added every month. That way you always have fresh, in-season pieces to offer your customers.

Is everyone accepted?

No. Application is a quality filter: we review your store link, target market, and experience. If you're not accepted, you can reapply after 6 months.

What does a subscription include?

We handle shipping. The panel is included in every tier, with no separate subscription. The path to Brand Builder, a label of your own, stays open.

What does it cost to start?

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

One click from your account. Catalog and pricing access closes at the end of your billing cycle; orders you've already paid for are still fulfilled.

Will my subscription price change as I grow?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are volume-based. As your order volume grows, the panel moves you up to the next tier automatically, but only once you're consistently over a threshold, and you always see it coming. You never overpay for volume you aren't doing.

Do I need my own website?

Accepted Answer

No. Sell wherever your customers are: Instagram, a boutique, your own online store. Download the assets, take orders on your channel, then enter each order in the MoreAmor panel, or connect a Shopify store and let orders flow in on their own. Either way works; a store is never required.

How does the money flow?

Accepted Answer

Your customer pays you your retail price on your channel. You enter the order in the panel and pay from your prepaid wallet, topped up by card (100% prepaid, so you never front your own capital). You set your resale price above the minimum shown in the panel, and everything above your cost is entirely yours; there is no per-order fee on top.

Can I use the catalog photos in my marketing?

Yes. Once subscribed, you have commercial usage rights on the catalog images and copy for selling MoreAmor products. Each asset carries a quiet per-user mark, so sharing your account's assets outside your own store is traceable.

Can I connect my Shopify store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect your store from the panel, then push any piece you've claimed to Shopify in one click, with your member-stamped images (videos stay in the panel). Orders from your store flow into the panel on their own: if the items match exactly and your balance covers it, the order is placed automatically; anything else waits for your one-tap approval. You always pay from your panel wallet. What your customer paid you never changes your cost.

What is white-label, and how is it different from the default packaging?

Every seller's default is discreet, neutral packaging. Nothing shows MoreAmor or the supplier, so the customer only sees you. White-label, where we add your own printed label, is an option that opens at higher tiers, on request. So branded packaging isn't the default. It's optional.

What exactly is a slot?

Accepted Answer

A slot is one piece live on your shelf at once. Claim it and it fills a slot, release it and the slot frees up. Your tier sets the shelf size, and one-time slot packs add permanent capacity on top, for as long as you're a member. Current slot counts and pack prices are on the Pricing page. If you release a piece, a short cooldown applies before you can re-claim it. The cap also protects your market: few sellers carry the same piece, so your ads and content keep paying off.

Who handles customer service? What if my customer complains?

The customer relationship is yours. The sale happens on your channel, under your brand, so you handle customer communication. We're behind you operationally: for manufacturing defects or lost/damaged shipments you report it with the order ID and we resolve it with a free replacement or wallet credit. So you talk to the customer; we handle the operational issues.

How much can I realistically make?

On every order you keep the gap between your retail price and the panel price; that gap is wide by design and it is entirely yours, with no per-order fee. A few sales a day at a healthy markup add up to a meaningful monthly figure, and because your subscription is flat, each extra sale is almost pure margin. Figures are illustrative. Your real result depends on your products, prices and how well you sell; it's not guaranteed.

Can I order a sample for myself?

Yes. You can order a piece for yourself, pay for it, and have it shipped to your own address, a good way to check the quality firsthand, shoot your own content, or test the fit. It works just like a normal order.

How does shipping work?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the piece, your order either ships from ready stock or is made to order (production usually 4–7 business days). MoreAmor then ships directly to your customer under your name, in discreet unbranded packaging. Estimated delivery: Czechia, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Norway in 2–5 business days; the rest of Europe, the UK, Canada and the Gulf in 4–7; the US, Australia and New Zealand in 6–9; other destinations 7–12 (time in customs not included). Your customer only ever sees you.

What if an item arrives defective?

If a piece arrives faulty, materially not as described, or damaged in transit, tell us within 14 days of delivery with the order reference and clear photos. We provide a replacement or wallet credit. The same applies if a carrier confirms the shipment as lost.

Question 25

Can my customer return an item?

Accepted Answer

You buy the piece from us at wholesale and we ship it to your customer. Change of mind, a wrong address, or the size your customer chose are not grounds for a return. There are three exceptions: the piece arrives faulty, it is materially not as described, or it was damaged in transit. You set your own return policy with your customer; if you accept a return, the item stays with you. Full detail lives in the Terms of Service.

What happens if a product sells out after I've taken the order?

The model is hybrid: many pieces ship from stock, and ones that run low or sell out are made to order (usually 4–7 business days). So 'out of stock' isn't a dead end. The order is still fulfilled, delivery may just take a little longer. If a piece can't be produced at all, we offer an alternative or wallet credit.

What about import duties and customs?

On international shipments the destination country may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These are set by the destination country, aren't included in the product or shipping price, and are the recipient's (importer's) responsibility. How do I move into Brand Builder?

Once you're consistently at high volume, we reach out and invite you into Brand Builder: your own label, made to order, no minimums. There is no published price list for Brand Builder — we agree the terms and the transition plan with you directly. If you'd rather not wait for us, write to us.

What's the Content Package?

Every plan includes one product photo per color of every piece plus the basic image set, so you can sell from day one. The product copy is yours: you describe your own brand, in your own words, to your own customer — and that is what makes you visible in search. The Content Package is an optional subscription (+€250/mo) that unlocks the full editorial set: all remaining photos and the video for every piece.
