Pricing FAQ
Monthly price × 12 × 0.8. One payment, lock the tier for 12 months. If you cross a volume threshold, you can move to Brand Builder within the same annual plan.
A hanger is one piece live on your rail at once. Discover gives you 75, Active 200, Pro 500 hangers, and one-time hanger packs (+10/€25, +25/€55, +50/€99) add permanent room on top. If you take a piece down, a short 7-day cooldown applies before you can hang it again. The cap also protects your market: few sellers carry the same piece, so your ads and content keep paying off.
One-click cancel from your account. Catalog and pricing access closes at the end of your billing cycle; orders you've already paid for are still fulfilled.
Brand Builder is the next stage of the model, not an optional extra. Once you're consistently above the Graduation Gate (750+ pieces in 30 days) and meet the eligibility criteria, we start your transition together: your own label, made to order, no minimums.
Every order is picked, packed, and shipped specifically for your end customer, so catalog purchases are final. We don't accept returns. You set your own return policy with your customer.
